Work under this contract comprises the furnishing of all labour,
materials, equipment and supervision required to construct a
building extension to the maintenance shop at the Indian Head
Research Farm in Indian Head, Saskatchewan, as more fully
described in the plans and specifications.

Construction to include; addition of insulated metal building to
match existing structure, and shall include but not limited to;
earthwork, utilities routing, concrete foundation/slab floor,
structural steel building, interior framing, exterior envelope,
man doors, windows, OH doors, mechanical systems, electrical
systems and interior fit-up.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT 
There will be a site visit on Thursday, July 09, 2015 at 10:00
am. Interested bidders are to meet at the Indian Head Research
Farm, # 1 Government Road, Maintenance Shop in Indian Head,
Saskatchewan. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the
specified date and time will not be given an alternative
appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.

Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms,
special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing,
and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid. 

This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
comply may result in rejection of your bid.
