    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
    solicitation number ET025-130367/A dated 2012-06-30 with a
    closing of 2012-08-13 at 02:00 PM.
    
    COMPREHENSIVE LAND CLAIMS AGREEMENT (CLCA): Notification of
    procurement will be provided to the land claimant groups listed
    under the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement in compliance with CLCA
    requirements.
    
    Bidders are hereby informed that this project is located in a
    land claims area covered by the  Nunavut Land Claims Agreement,
    and article 24 - Government Contracts.

    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to
    retain a Professional Civil/Municipal Engineering Company to
    provide engineering services to investigate, gather data and
    provide an engineering solution relative to the Water resevoir
    upgrade project at the Environment Canada Weather Station,
    Eureka, NU, as more fully described in the Request for Proposal
    (RFP) documents.
    
    The RFP process will be conducted in a single stage - single
    phase selection process. Proponents responding to this RFP are
    requested to submit a full and complete proposal. The proposal
    will cover not only the qualifications, experience and
    organization of the proposed Consultant Team, but also the
    detailed approach to the work, and the pricing and terms
    offered. A combination of the technical and price of services
    submissions will constitute the proposal.
    
    Proponents shall be licensed, or eligible to be licensed,
    certified or otherwise authorized to provide the necessary
    professional services to the full extent that may be required by
    provincial or territorial law in the territory of Nunavut.

    the selection method are described in more detail in the Request
    for Proposal.
    
    PWGSC will receive sealed proposals in English or French at:

    This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
    English.
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
