Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: McRuer, Daniel Telephone No. - (204) 295-6634 Fax No. - (204) 983-7796 Email: dan.mcruer@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca Prince Albert, SK, Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Boiler Controls Upgrades Work under this Contract will include, but is not limited to, the following: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is managing the boiler controls upgrades for the three central boilers at Correctional Service Canada’s (CSC) Saskatchewan Penitentiary. The project scope involves upgrading the boiler controls for all three boilers which will be integrated into a new digital control system; also, the burners and combustion management systems on boilers 1 and 2 will be replaced to match the recently installed equipment for boiler 3; as more fully described in the Drawings and Specification. It is imperative that the boiler operations are not compromised as the boilers provide heat during heating season and steam all year to produce hot water for the facility. The current controls for boilers 1 and 2 are obsolete and parts are not readily available. Value of Project: To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $500,001 > $1,000,000. OPTIONAL SITE VISIT There will be an optional site visit on June 27, 2018 at 10:00 AM (Saskatchewan time). Interested bidders must notify the Contracting Officer by emailing dan.mcruer@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca on or before June 25, 2018 at 2:00 PM (Saskatchewan time) of their intent to attend the site visit. Full Legal name and company represented is required. If the contacting Officer has not been notified by the date and time stated, admittance may not be given at the site visit. Interested bidders are to meet/sign in at Building A03, Works Department/PWGSC Office, Saskatchewan Penitentiary, 2500 15th Street West, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made. Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, from the Government of Canada web site, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid. This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid. Standard terms and conditions forthis procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the bid and contract documents.
