    The Work under this contract shall include, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of the work, as more fully described in the drawings and specifications for the Churchill and Bow Unit Redevelopment Phase II.
    
    There will be an optional site visit on March 7, 2019 at 1:00 PM (Saskatchewan time) at the Regional Psychiatric Centre 2520 Central Avenue, Saskatoon, SK, S7K 3X5.  Interested bidders must notify the Contracting Officer by emailing dallas.wiebe@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca on or before March 5, 2019 at 2:00 PM (Saskatchewan time) for each individual who plans to attend the site visit.  
    
    Full Legal name and company represented is required.  If the Contracting Officer has not been notified by the date and time stated, admittance may not be given at the site visit.  Only those individuals whose names have been provided can attend the meeting.  No individuals may be substituted and no additional members can be added after the notification to attend deadline.
    
    Interested bidders are to sign in at the gate of the Regional Psychiatric Centre, 2520 Central Ave. North, Saskatoon, SK and they will be directed to the meeting room.  Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site.  No exceptions will be made. No cell phones or cameras will be permitted on the premises.
    
    Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid documents through the Government Electronic Tendering (GETS) service provider at http://Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders.  Firms that obtain bid documents from a source other than the official site run the risk of not receiving a complete package.
    
    Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, from the Government of Canada web site, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid. 
    
    This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.

    Value of Project:  To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $1,000,001 to $5,000,000.
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. "This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in English."
