    Work of this contract comprises the furnishing of all labour,
    materials, equipment and supervision required for the chiller
    replacement project at the Regina Government of Canada Building
    (GOCB), as more fully described in the plans and specifications,
    in Regina, Saskatchewan.  
    
    Optional Site visit: There will be an optional site visit on
    November 13, 2013 at 13:30. Interested bidders are to meet at
    the main reception of the Government of Canada Building, located
    at 1975 Scarth Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, and must sign in
    and maybe requested to provide photo identification.
    
    2nd Optional Site visit: There will be a 2nd optional site visit
    on December 04, 2013 at 10:00. Interested bidders are to meet at
    the main reception of the Government of Canada Building, located
    at 1975 Scarth Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, and must sign in
    and maybe requested to provide photo identification.
    
    This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
    comply may result in rejection of your bid.
    
    Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid

    risk of not receiving a complete package.
    
    Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms,
