    Work of this Contract comprises removal and replacement of a
    hangar door system, construction of a new door canopy,
    associated structural, mechanical, electrical, and utility
    services work, removal of an underground fuel tank and
    associated pumps, and possible soil remediation, as more fully
    described in the drawings and specifications. The site is
    located in Regina, Saskatchewan and further identified as RCMP
    Regina Airport Hangar Door Replacement.
    
    Optional Site visit: There will be an optional site visit on
    April 07, 2014 at 13:30. Interested bidders are to meet at the
    main entrance, located at 5005 Tiger Month Lane, Regina,
    Saskatchewan. Attendees must sign in, and maybe requested to
    provide photo identification.
    
    This procurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to
    comply may result in rejection of your bid.
    
    Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid
