The Work under this contract shall include, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of all work, as more fully described in the drawings and specifications, for the Churchill, Manitoba airfield lighting control system replacement. Churchill is located approximately 1000 km north of Winnipeg by airplane.
