    Water and Sewer Line Repairs Standing Offer, 17 Wing, CFB
    Winnipeg, MB. 
    
    Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled
    licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and materials as
    requested by the Department of National Defence in the form of
    call-ups for water and sewer line repair and maintenance work at
    the 17 Wing, CFB Winnipeg, MB. Services are to be provided on an
    "as required" basis. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be
    issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a
    term of two (2) years plus three (3) one (1) year periods. The
    total expenditure over the term is estimated at $500,000.00
    (GST/HST included). 
    
    This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and
    5 of the RFSO for details. 
    Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Offerors
    must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are
    currently directors of the Offeror. Furthermore, as determined
    by the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental
    Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be
    requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
    Verification form and related documentation.
     
    There is a security requirement associated with this
    requirement. For additional information, see Part 6 - Security,
    Financial and Insurance Requirements, and Part 7A - Standing
    Offer. Offerors should consult the "Security Requirements for
    PWGSC Bid Solicitations - Instructions for Bidders" document "

    on the Departmental Standard Procurement Documents Web site. 
    
    It is recommended that the Offeror or a representative of the
    Offeror visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
    tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on April 8,
    2015, at 10:00 AM, 17 Wing Winnipeg, Bldg. 100. Offerors are
    requested to communicate with the Standing Offer Authority THREE
    (3) days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and
    provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Offerors
    may be requested to sign an attendance form. Offerors who do not
    attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative
    appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting an
    offer. Any clarifications or changes to the Request for Standing
    Offers resulting from the site visit will be included as an
    amendment to the RFSO.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
    Internal Trade (AIT).
