OVERVIEW 

The project "Restoration of Fort Peninsule" consists primarily of repairing the retaining walls, and restoring trails,
stairs and landscaping and upgrading the service building.


MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE

The Bidder must enclose a bid security with its bid.


OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

An optional bidders conference will take place on August 11, 2016, at 14:00, in the parking of Fort Peninsule (Work site).

Bidders are requested to send the list of participants to the visit by email at Gabriel.Piras@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca no later than Tuesday, August 9 at 14:00.


ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COSTS

The budget, for this project, is between 500 001 $ and 1 000 000 $ (applicable taxes excluded). 


CONSTRUCTION TIME

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within twenty-eight (28) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
