    Nature of Requirements:
    (a)	Title
Testing and Validation Environment (TVE) for the Cyber Domain

    (b) Tasks
The mandate of the DRDC Valcartier MCCS section's SPC group is
to study and advance the live cyber defence (cyber surveillance
and cyber protection) capabilities of DND's computing
infrastructure in order to counter malicious activities that may
occur on that infrastructure during military operations. It is
within this research framework that the group develops live
cyber surveillance technologies that can detect and localize
anomalies that may arise on DND's computing infrastructure, and
cyber protection technologies that can counter these anomalies.

The cyber defence technology prototypes are designed and tested
through unclassified DRDC research projects involving academia
and industry. An unclassified environment reproducing certain
