NOTICE:

The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be
limited to suppliers in the area of origin (Eastern Canada) of
the vessel in accordance with the Shipbuilding and Repair
Procurement Policy. For the work, the vessel will be moored at
section 30, Riviere St- Charles, Quebec City.


DESCRITPION:

Perform the work on Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) Amundsen in
accordance with the Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Coast Guard
technical specifications entitled "Dockside Refit Spring 2015  -
CCGS Amundsen" Version 3 and all related drawings and technical
documents.


BIDDERS' CONFERENCE (OPTIONAL):

A bidders' conference (optional) was held at Fisherie and Oceans
Canada - Coast Guard Wharf, on board vessel CCGS Amundsen at
09:00 a.m. on May 5th, 2015.

VESSEL'S VIEWING (OPTIONAL):

The vessel was available for viewing after bidders' conference.
A second visit was held on May 6th, 2015 at 09:00 a.m. for
Bidders and sub-contractors.
