NOTICE:
The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in the area of origin (Eastern Canada) of the vessel in accordance with the Shipbuilding and Repair Procurement Policy.

DESCRIPTION:
To carry out the ship repair work regarding the Canadian Coast Guard Ships (C.C.G.S.) Amundsen, during the fall and spring layouts in the Port of Quebec, Quebec (QC), in accordance with the Technical Specifications entitled ; ‘’ AMUNDSEN REFIT FALL 2017 ‘’ and all related drawings and other technical documents.

The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter 10 Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
