NOTICE:
The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in the area of origin (Eastern Canada) of the vessel in accordance with the Shipbuilding and Repair Procurement Policy.

DESCRIPTION:
To carry out the ship repair work regarding the Canadian Coast Guard Ships (C.C.G.S.) Pierre Radisson, during the spring and winter layout in the Port of Quebec, Quebec (QC), in accordance with the Technical Specifications entitled ; ‘’ PIERRE DADISSON REFIT FALL 2017 ‘’ and all related drawings and other technical documents.

Work is to commence and be completed as follows:

Start:  October 20, 2017
End:    November 18, 2017


The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter 10 Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
