    NOTICE:
    The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in the area of origin (Eastern Canada) of the vessel in accordance with the Shipbuilding and Repair Procurement Policy. The vessel will be moored at Queen’s Wharf, Section 96, Canadian Coast Guard 
    
    base, 101 Champlain Boulevard, Quebec City, QC.
    
    
    Description
    
    Perform the work on Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) MARTHA L. BLACK in 
    
    accordance with Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Coast Guard technical specifications entitled '' SPECIFICATION FOR THE RENOVATION OF CABIN FLOORS & WALLS ON UPPER DECK C.C.G.S. MARTHA L. BLACK | TYPE-1100 NAVAIDS TENDER‘’, and all related drawings and other technical documents.
    
    The vessel will be moored at Queen’s Wharf, Section 96, Canadian Coast Guard base, 101 Champlain Boulevard, Quebec City, QC.
    
    BIDDERS’ CONFERENCE (OPTIONAL):
    A bidders’ conference (optional) will be held on board the Vessel at Section 96 of the port of Quebec, Quebec, QC, on Monday, November 23rd, 2015 at 
    
    13:30 a.m. EST.  An attendance confirmation is required before 11:00 
    am, November 20th, 2015.
    
    VESSEL’S VIEWING (OPTIONAL):
    A visit of the vessel will be held after the Bidder’s conference.

    End of work: September 24th,2016 or seven (7) weeks after ship’s availability. (At the earlier date.)
    See trials: Beginning of October 2016.
