NOTICE:

The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in the area of origin (Eastern Canada) of the vessel in accordance with the Shipbuilding and Repair Procurement Policy. The vessel will be moored at Queen’s Wharf, Section 96, Canadian Coast Guard base, 101 Champlain Boulevard, Quebec City, QC.

Description

To carry out the ship repair work regarding the Canadian Coast Guard Ships (C.C.G.S.) Des Groseilliers, during the spring layout, at Section 96, Queen’s Wharf, 101 Champlain Boulevard, in the Port of Quebec, Quebec (QC), in accordance with the associated Technical Specifications detailed in the Requirement attached as Annex A.

The vessel will be moored at Queen’s Wharf, Section 96, Canadian Coast Guard base, 101 Champlain Boulevard, Quebec City, QC.

BIDDERS’ CONFERENCE (OPTIONAL):

A bidders’ conference (optional) will be held on board the Vessel at Section 96 of the port of Quebec, Quebec, QC, on Monday, December 12th, 2016 at 9:30 a.m. EST.  An attendance confirmation is required before 11:00 am, December 8th, 2016.

VESSEL’S VIEWING (OPTIONAL):

A visit of the vessel will be held immediately after the Bidder’s conference.

Delivery of equipment: FOB at CCGS Des Groseilliers, 101 Boul. Champlain, Quebec, Qc. G1K 7Y7 on or prior to July 17th, 2017.

Start of onboard work: July 17th, 2017 or as per ship’s availability. (At the earlier date.)
End of onboard work: December 15th, 2017 or six (6) weeks after ship’s availability. (At the earlier date.)
