    NOTICE:
    The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in the area of origin (Eastern Canada) of the vessels in accordance with the Shipbuilding and Repair Procurement Policy.
    
    DESCRIPTION:
    Perform the work on Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) Caporal Kaeble in accordance with Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Coast Guard technical specifications entitled “CCGS Caporal Kaeble V.C. Dry-Docking 2017 ‘’, and all related drawings and other technical documents.
    
    BIDDERS’ CONFERENCE (OPTIONAL):
    A bidders' Conference chaired by the Contracting Authority will be convened on board vessel CCGS Corporal Kaeble V.C. at 11:00 am, September 27th, 2017. The vessel will be docked at the Federal Port of Rimouski, QC. An attendance confirmation (by e-mail) is required before 11:00 am, September 25th, 2017, otherwise the bidders’ conference will be cancelled.
    
    VESSEL’S VIEWING (OPTIONAL):
    A visit of the vessel will be held immediately after the bidders’ conference.
