TITLE

Demolition and construction of segregation yards at the medium Archambault institution in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The work covered by this contract consists of the demolition and construction of segregation yards at the medium Archambault institution in
Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, Quebec.

WORK DESCRIPTION

Principal parts of the work are: demolition of the existing yards, the installation of piles, concrete walls, erection of the steel structure, ea
rthwork, metal siding, electrical and camera installations and the work
of gates and fences.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

• There will be an optional site visit on April 26, 2017 at 10h00 a.m. Interested bidders are to meet at the Bureau des travaux, at 244 montée Ga
gnon, Ste-Anne-Des-Plaines, Qué. J0N 1H0 (see attached drawing in Annex
E).

• Contractors who wish to attend the bidders’ visit must complete the "CSC-1279-341-3556" form, sign it and send it with a copy of the driver’s license no later than 48 hours beforethe visit to the foll
owing email address: 341-Projets@CSC-SCC.GC.CA

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE

• The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid.

PERIOD OF WORK

• The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within one hundred
and ten (110) working days following contract award.
