Trade Agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: CONSTRUCTION OF FALLS TRAIL - NATIONAL WILDLIFE AREA CAP TOURMENTE PROJECT DESCRIPTION The work in this project is the construction of the Falls trail. It includes the construction of stairs, landings and belvederes of the National Wildlife area ofCap Tourmente, St-Joachin, QC. More precisely, the work includes the following: - Site preparation for work; -Installation of rock anchors; -Construction of stairs, landings, and lookouts; -Rehabilitation places. SITE VISIT There will be an MANDATORY site visit on May 30th 2017 at 9:00 am. Bidders are to meet at the administrative building, 570 Chemin du Cap Tourmente, St-Joachin, QC. Bidders planning to visit are requested to confirm their attendance to the Contracting Authority mentioned above in cla use IP03 at least 24 hours before the visit. MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE - The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid; - Site visit attendance form MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIORTO CONTRACT AWARD - The Bidder must provide the listing of subcontractors; - Integrity provisions: Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time f rame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive. Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PERIOD OF WORK The work may begin after the contract award and is to be completed by September 22nd 2017.
