    TITLE: HARBOUR REVITALIZATION (GROSSE-ILE - ILES DE LA MADELEINE, QC)
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    
    The Revitalization work at the fishing harbour of Grosse-Ile in the Magdalen Islands region includes, without limitation, the complete demolition of the small eastern breakwater and recovery of stone, recovery of floating docks system with strong arm for reinstallation on the new breakwater, dredging works in a sector of the exclusion zone and in the expansion zone East of the harbor, temporary stockpile of dredged sediments in the service area, supply and installation of imported stone for the construction of the new East breakwater, supply of treated wood, plastic sheathing, galvanized bolts and concrete slab for the construction of the new cribs, manufacture of new floating docks, supply and installation of new jersey walls and construction of the protective wall to delimit the new service area, supply of granular materials, leveling and compaction work behind the new wharves as well as to build granular base of the services area and electrical work to upgrade components in the existing section of the harbor as well as to provide dockside services in the expansion area.
    
    MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
    
    The Bidder must enclose bid security with its bid.
    
    PERIOD OF WORK
    
    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work before March 31, 2022.
