Title : Mobile Loading Bridge


(a)	Description :
Overall, the requirement consists of the design, manufacturing,
testing, delivery and operating instructions of a mobile loading
bridge to the Port of Cap-aux-Meules, Magdalen Islands, Province
of Quebec.


(b) 	Deliverables :
The contract deliverables are :

a)	Mobile Loading Bridge
b)	Instruction Manual/Documentation
c)	The requested certifications
d)	Training/Operation Instruction


(c)	Delivery period :
The mobile loading bridge must be delivered and installed on the
ferry dock at the Port of Cap-aux-Meules, Magdalen Islands,
Province of Quebec, no later than 3 months after contract award
date.


(d) 	Trade agreements :
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada - Chile Free Trade Agreement
(CCFTA), and the Canada - Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA).
