NOTICE

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The sourcing strategy relating to this procurement will be limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada, located within 200 nautical miles of the Maurice Lamontagne Institute in Ste-Flavie, Quebec, in accordance with Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19). With reserve to the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) dispositions.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The requirement is:

a) to carry out the docking, maintenance and alterations of the Canadian Coast Guard Ship (C.C.G.S.) Cap Aupaluk in accordance with the associated Technical Specifications attached as Annex A and all related drawings.
b) to carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in paragraph a) above.
