    NOTICE
    
    The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Annex 4 and the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Chapter 10 Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and will be limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada, in accordance with Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19).
    
    
    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    
    The requirement is:
    
    a) to carry out the docking, maintenance and alterations of the Canadian Coast Guard Ship (C.C.G.S.) Garde Côte 03, in accordance with the associated Technical Specifications attached as Annex A and all related drawings.
    b) to carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in paragraph a) above.
