    Request for Proposal (RFP) for an In-Service Support Contract for the support of the existing CCG MariWeb 7 infrastructure for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), Canadian Coast Guard (CCG)

    The Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO), Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) has a requirement for an In-Service Support Contract for the support of the existing CCG MariWeb 7 infrastructure as well as the extraction and supply of historical AIS data to CCG clients as outlined in the Annex A Statement of Work of the Request for Proposal.
    
    SOURCING
    It is proposed to solicit a competitive bid through Buy and Sell for this requirement.
    The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
    Delivery is for a period of approximately 4 years, and 3 option years.
    Prices will be determined at the RFP Phase through competition. If only one compliant bid is received, price support and price certification will be requested.
    
    SECURITY
    There are no security requirements for this requirement.
    
    BASIS OF PAYMENT
    Bidders will be requested to propose Firm Unit Pricing. 
    
    POLICY
    The requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
    Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement (CLCA) is not applicable.
    If a Contract is awarded as a result of this solicitation, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of their bid. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
    As per policy requirements all notices posted on Buy and Sell will be in both official languages.
