This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number 5P424-140003/A dated 26 January 2015 with a
closing of 31 March 2015 at 2pm CST. A debriefing or feedback
session will be provided upon request to offerors who bid on the
previous solicitation.

Parks Canada has a requirement for a Regional Individual
Standing Offer for the supply and delivery of Propane (CGSB Spec
- 3.14-2006) to the following locations: on an "as required"
basis.

a.	 Lake Louise National Park 
b.	Yoho National Park
c.	 Kootenay National Park 
d.	Banff National Park
e.	Jasper National Park
f.	Elk Island National Park 
g.	Mount Revelstoke National Park 
h.	Glacier National Park 

Details of the requirement are provided in Annex "A" -
Requirement in the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO).

The period of the Standing Offer is for one year and 2 option
years.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade (AIT).

This Standing Offer will not be for deliveries of goods or
services in a CLCA or PSAB area.  The RFSO description of goods
and services clearly states that the SO is not for deliveries of
goods or services in a CLCA area.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
