This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number K8E11-210208/A dated 2020-09-24 with a closing of 2020-11-03 at 2:00 pm, (CST). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Floods and droughts have significant impacts on the aquatic ecosystem, human infrastructure, public safety and the economy.  The ability to measure accurately water levels and bathymetry is crucial to estimating current water availability, and building predictive tools that can forecast conditions in the future.  High resolution topographic and water level surveys require survey grade Global Positioning System (GPS) receivers with Real Time Kinetic (RTK) capability.  This equipment will be used to establish stable and accurate benchmarks in several observation sites, often in remote locations, from which water level and topographic data can be obtained.
