Description of the Requirement:

The Department of National Defence (DND), Aerospace Telecommunications and Engineering Support Squadron (ATESS) Trenton has a requirement for the provision of one (1) Senior Technical Writer on an "as and when requested" basis in the Ontario Region. 

Level of Security Requirement: 
 
Company Minimum Security Level Required - Secret

Resource Minimum Security Level Required - Secret

This procurement is subject to the Controlled Goods Program.


Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement of Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA).



Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of April 3, 2018 to March 31, 2019.

It is intended to resulting in the award of 1 contract for 1 year, plus 4 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s).


Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 240 days
