This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
solicitation number FW034-200002/A dated December 24, 2019, with a
closing of January 22, 2020 at 02:00 PM.

1. The Canadian Central Coast Guard's Vessels Of Concern (VOC) program conducted an initial Risk assessment on vessels located in Wexford, 1000 Island, and Lake of Wood Onatrio . As a result of these assessments, it was deemed necessary to continue with a technical assessment to be performed be experts of the VOC to quantify potential hazards and to identify options available to prevent, mitigate or eliminate identified or potential hazards.

2. A contract will be awarded to one Contractor.

3. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract award to March 31, 2020 inclusive.  

4. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

5. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds.

All previous Bidders from FW034-200002/A have been invited directly.
