Line 1, Technical Assessments on Vessels of Concern in ON

The Canadian Central Coast Guard's Vessels Of Concern (VOC) program conducted an initial Risk assessment on vessels located in Wexford, 1000 Island, and Lake of Wood Onatrio . As a result of these assessments, it was deemed necessary to continue with a technical assessment to be performed be experts of the VOC to quantify potential hazards and to identify options available to prevent, mitigate or eliminate identified or potential hazards. 

All services and deliverables must be completed no later than 31 March 2020.

The bidder must have three (3) years of demonstrated experience performing technical assessments on aquatic vessels that adhere to the Transport Canada Standard TP1332 : Construction Standards for Small Vessels (2010) in the last ten (10) years.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
