Interested bidders should refer to Part 2 of the solicitation document entitled Instructions to bidders/offerors/suppliers, as the case may be, for instructions on how to participate and submit their files electronically for this tender. Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) owns and operates various upper air weather stations across the country which focus on measurements of the upper atmosphere. This project will focus on the resupply of helium gas in support of the Modular HOGEN Project. ECCC requires the supply and fill of ECCC owned storage trailer with =95.00%) helium. Estimated capacity of storage trailer is approx. 2800m3. The Contract will include the option to purchase five (5) tube purge cycles to ensure helium quality within the tube reaches the 95% or above quality. See herein for further details. All the deliverables must be received on or before May 29, 2020. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
