The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), Central and Arctic Division, Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, has a requirement for the provisions of Steel Spar Buoys.

The Contractor must fabricate, supply and deliver 2’ x 17’ Steel Spar Buoys, 2’ x 13’ Steel Spar Buoys and cone tops as well as providing all labour, materials and equipment required for all the work. 
For every ten (10) buoys (1 Lot) that are ordered, the following numbers must apply:
- Nine (9) will be 17’,
- One (1) will be 13’ and
- Five (5) cone tops will be required.
The delivery of 2 lots must be received on or before March 31, 2017.

A contract will be awarded to one Contractor.

The period of the Contract is from date of award to April 30, 2018. 

The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory evaluation criteria in their bid bysubmitting supporting documentation.  Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

M1:
The Bidder must be a Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) certified shop, certified to Division 2.
As proof of compliance the Bidder is to provide a copy of the Current certification, as of bid closing date.

A bid mustcomply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all the mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Bidder must submitpricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds.
