    TO 16 SEPTEMBER 2014 AT 2:00 PM.
    
    CPU Stands and Vented Swing Doors
    
    Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for the
    supply and installation of quantity of
    66 vented metal doors and quantity of 40 CPU stands to be
    installed at Terminal One, Lester B. Pearson
    International Airport. The delivery and installation must be
    completed by March 6, 2015.
    
    Mandatory Site Visit:
    
    It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
    Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements
    have been made for the site visit to be held at:
    Location: Lester B. Pearson International Airport, Terminal 1,
    Toronto, Ontario at The Royal Ontario
    Museum Display (Dinosaur) located on the arrivals level of
    Terminal 1, near column D.
    
    Date: 20 August 2014
    Time: 10:00 a.m. EDST
    
    There will be a 10 minute grace period, however, Bidders
    arriving after 10:10 a.m. EDST will be
    deemed late and will be declared non-responsive. Bidders should
    refrain from asking questions until
    the Bidder'Conference.
    
    Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later
    than 19 August 2014 to confirm
    attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
    attend. Bidders will be required to sign
    an attendance sheet. Bidders should confirm in their bid that
    they have attended the site visit.
    Bidders who do not attend the mandatory site visit or do not
    send a representative will not be given
    an alternative appointment and their bid will be declared
    non-responsive. Any clarifications or
    changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit
    will be included as an amendment to the
    bid solicitation
    
    Bidders'Conference:
    
    A bidders' conference will be held following the site visit. The
    scope of the requirement outlined in
    the bid solicitation will be reviewed during the conference and
    questions will be answered. It is
    recommended that bidders who intend to submit a bid attend or
    send a representative.
    Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting
    from the bidders' conference will be
    included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. Bidders who do
    not attend will not be precluded
    from submitting a bid.

    procurement.
