1. Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires the supply, delivery, and installation for (1) diode-pumped solid state 266 nm laser as the transmitter for an autonomous Ozone Dial Lidar which measures the vertical profile of ozone from near ground to altitudes reaching 15 km. 
 
2. It is intended to issue one Contract.

3. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2022.

4. There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract.

5. The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation.  Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.  

6. Please refer to Part 4, article 4.1.1 Technical Evaluation for the  mandatory evaluation criteria.

7. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

8. The Bidder must submit pricing in accordance with Annex B - Basis of Payment, in Canadian Funds.
