DRIVER WHEELED TRAINING

The Department of National Defence (DND), Combat Training Centre
(CTC), requires a Contractor to provide instructors and support
personnel to deliver and support Driver Training at a number of
Canadian Forces Bases (CFB) throughout Canada. The period of the
Contract will be one year with two 1-year option periods. Only
one Contractor will be awarded a Contract. The Contractor must
provide the necessary instructional and training support
personnel required to deliver complete Driver Training courses
on an as-and-when requested basis, using Task Authorization.

The following Security Requirements apply to this procurement: 

1. At the date of bid closing, the following conditions must be
met:

(a) the Bidder must hold a valid organization security clearance
as indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses;
(b) the Bidder's proposed individuals (Course Managers)
requiring access to classified or protected information, assets
or sensitive work site(s) must meet the security requirement as
indicated in Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses.

2. Within 14 days of Contract Award, the following conditions
must be met: 

(a) the Contractor must provide the name of all individuals who
will require access to classified or protected information,
assets or sensitive work sites.

3. The Contractor's individuals requiring access to classified
or protected information, assets or 
	 sensitive work site(s) must meet the security requirement as
indicated in Part 7 - Resulting 
	 Contract Clauses before the start date of a Task
Authorization.
