Vehicle Support

The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Kingston has a requirement for the inspection, maintenance and repair of all MSVS (Medium Support Vehicle System) vehicles.  This will be a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for a one year period, with 2 additional one year extension periods. 

Mandatory Technical Criteria
1 The contractor must be located in the geographical area (50KM) of CFB Kingston. 
2 The contractor must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience working on the fleet of vehicles described in Annex A, Statement of Work. 
3 The contractor must have a valid Mechanic Licence.  
 
Mandatory Financial Evaluation
The Aggregate Total of the Firm year and 2 Option years will be the bid price. 
 
Basis of Selection
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The two responsive bids with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Two standing offers will be issued and ranked by lowest price first.
