Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) requires the supply of 12, and up to a maximum of 40, reliability security-cleared, bilingual, call-centre temporary personnel on a shift-basis to the National Service Call Centre (NSCC) located at 4900 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario. The resources will be required on an as-and-when requested basis from the date of Standing Offer Issuance to July 31 2019 with an option to extend for 3, one-year periods. It is anticipated that 3 standing offers will be issued as a result of this request for standing offers. There are security requirements associated with the requirement of the Standing Offer. For additional information, see Part 6 - Security, Financial and Insurance Requirements, and Part 7 - Standing Offer and Resulting Contract Clauses. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, offerors should refer to the Contract Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/esc-src/introduction-eng.html) website. The Offeror must meet the requirements, which include, but are not limited to: - Must have a minimum of 2 consecutive years of experience within the last 6 years in supplying resources to contact centres of similar size or larger. - Must provide resources that meet the language, security, experience and other requirements. - Must meet with the NSCC on a monthly basis while there are active Call-ups against the Standing Offer. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
