    Work Description:
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to retain a 
    
    firm of engineers specializing in municipal/domestic wastewater treatment for the provision of the services required for this project.
    
    Request for Proposal (RFP Process):
    This procurement will follow a one phase submission process.  The selected consultant shallfunction as an Owner’s Technical Consultant (OTC) with the necessary expertise, capacity and resources to meet the project objectives and to oversee the design, construction, commissioning, initial operation and turnover/training stages of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) upgrade serving Kent and Mountain Institutions near Agassiz, BC.
     
    Proponents must be able to demonstrate successful delivery of these services for a broad variety of projects over the last fifteen (15) years.  In general, thefirm and its personnel will be evaluated on the basis of thei
    r demonstrated understanding of the Scope of Services, their 
    experience, their resource of proponents, their qualifications, their approach and methodology to providing those services, thequality of their relevant experience in this area, as well as the cost of the provision of the services.

    tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and ex
    tent of the work.

    Instructions: Interested bidders are required to provide their name(s) to Tian Lam at tian.lam@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca no later than 24 hours prior to the site visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.
    
    Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the si
    te visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
    
    Delivery Date: 
    It is expected that the period of the contract will be for 52 months from the date ofcontract award.
