    There are two (2) separate procurement notices on the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) for this requirement. Solicitation EZ899-190257/A is for Project Management Services under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business, set aside program, and is open to suppliers listed in the Notice of Proposed Procurement for EZ899-190257/A.  Solicitation EZ899-190257/B is for Project Management Services and is open for bidding to all suppliers listed in the Notice of Proposed Procurement for EZ899-190257/B. Both of the solicitations are only open to suppliers that have been pre-qualified.  Should a pre-qualified bidder appear on both lists, wish to bid on both of the solicitations, the bidder must submit two (2) separate bid packages.

    Requirement: 
    
    The Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada, Real Property Services, Pacific Region, Vancouver, B.C., requires external Project Management support services to be provided by  experienced Project Managers to assist PWGSC to
    manage the implementation of various assorted projects serviced from the Vancouver PWGSC office.
    
    It is anticipated the period of work for the various Project Managers will be for a three (3) year period.

    Should there be no responsive bid resulting from solicitation EZ899-190257/A, the funding allocated for the Aboriginal set-aside will be redistributed proportionally back to the contracts resulting from Solicitation EZ899-190257/B.
