Requirement
Statistics Canada has a requirement for the supply, delivery and
installation of single-function laser printers and
multi-functional devices for its offices across Canada. There
are a total of ten (10) categories of devices and all proposed
devices must be of the same manufacturer and meet or exceed the
minimum mandatory requirements stated in Annex A, the Statement
of Work.

Included in this requirement is the irrevocable option for the
provision of Optional devices that must meet or exceed the
requirements stated in Annex A. Options must be available for a
period of three (3) fiscal years: 2014-2015, 2015-2016 and
2016-2017.

There is a software component in this requirement as well. All
the mandatory requirements for the software are stated in Annex
A and must be met or exceeded.

Consumables for all ten (10) categories of devices are required
on an on-going basis, and will be made available through Request
on Contract. Refer to the Resulting Contract clauses and the
Basis of Payment for further details.

Extended warranty services are required for devices located
outside of the National Capital Region and may be purchased
within the first year of purchase. Technician training is an
option that may be required as well; refer to the Statement of
Work for further details.

Devices and software may be subject to compatibility testing
prior to Contract Award.

Delivery date
Delivery is required to Statistics Canada offices across Canada.
Initial quantities must be delivered on or before March 28, 2013.

There is no security requirement associated with this
requirement.

The following trade agreements apply to this requirement: World
Trade Organization - Agreement on Government Procurement
(WTO-AGP), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA),
Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (C-P FTA), and Canada-Colombia
Free Trade Agreement (C-C FTA).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
