REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for
24 hour and non-24 hour maintenance and support services for 285
CRA/CBSA-owned E7650 mainframe FACIT EIC printers and TI OMNI
800 8900 Series with EIC printers in locations across Canada.
 
Bidders must propose a system meeting the minimum mandatory
specifications detailed in Annex A of the Request for Proposal.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

"This procurement is subject to the Kluane First Nation Final
Agreement, the Kwanlin Dun First Nation Final Agreement and the
Ta'an Kwanch'an Council Final Agreement."

The period of the Contract is from June 1, 2013 to May 31, 2014

EVALUATION METHODOLOGY
Bidders must comply with all of the requirements of the bid and
will be required to meet or exceed a set of minimum mandatory
specifications to be declared responsive.  The responsive bid
with the Lowest Total Evaluated Cost will be recommended for
award of the contract.

procurement.
