To provide comprehensive commercial off the shelf (COTS) Project
Management training and other related services on an as and when
requested basis for the Department of National Defence in
Vancouver Island and Greater Vancouver area.  Period of the
Standing offer is two (2) years with an option to renew for
another two (2) years.
