Recruitment Services

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) foresees a shortage of individuals for PG level procurement positions during the coming years. 

This solicitation is to provide a range of ongoing recruitment services that would be complementary to existing staffing methods that will continue to be used in parallel. This is a pilot project.

Initially, it is anticipated that a contractor would be used for PG 04 Procurement Specialist level, but may also be considered for other PG level positions. The contractor would be used to assist with a range of recruitment services such as: 
a) Comprehensive Search;
b) Advertising/Marketing;
c) Screening, Assessment and Identification, and Short-listing of Candidates;
d) Prepare interview packages; and
e) Reference Checks.

The contract will be for a period of 1 year, with one, 1-year option.
