    1) Body Worn Cameras and Digital Evidence Management System Project - List of  Qualified Respondents
    
    On May 28, 2021 Canada published the Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) M7594-212120/F as the first phase of the procurement process for the Body Worn Cameras and Digital Evidence Management System (BWC/DEMS) Project. The Qualification under this ITQ was divided in two steps as described below:
    
    • ITQ Qualification Phase 1 - Step 1:
    
    In this step, Respondents were invited to Provisionally Qualify in order to participate in any subsequent phases of the procurement process including the Review and Refine Requirements (RRR) Phase. 
    
    • ITQ Qualification Phase 1 - Step 2:
    
    Following the step 1, Canada commenced the step 2 for the SCI and FOCI assessments as part of the ITQ process. Preliminary SCI and FOCI assessments have been conducted in parallel with the RRR Phase.
    
    BWC and DEMS Project - List of Qualified Respondents
    
    Industry was informed that only Qualified Respondents would be permitted to participate and bid on any subsequent solicitation issued as part of the procurement process. With the completion of both steps of the ITQ Qualification (Phase 1 - Step 1 and Phase 1 - Step 2) and in accordance with the ITQ terms, Canada is publishing the list of Qualified Respondents. 
    
    The Qualified Respondents (in alphabetical order) are:

    2) Fairness Monitor and Consultants:
    
    Canada has engaged RFP Solutions Inc. as a fairness monitor for this procurement.
