Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / CPTPP / CFTA / FTA with UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: N/A - P&A/LOI Only Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Body Worn Cameras (BWCs) and Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS) Managed Services -Invitation to Qualify- Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) is issuing an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) for the Body Worn Cameras (BWCs) and a Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS) Managed Services that will support the roll-out of BWCs and associated equipment, the ongoing life-cycle management of the hardware, including replacement, maintenance and repair. The requirement also includes services in support of the implementation of a SaaS DEMS as well as any additional services required to sustain the ongoing operations of the RCMP’s BWC and DEMS Program. In order to ensure that this procurement allows the RCMP to achieve its legitimate objectives of protecting national security, public safety, public order and human life, Canada will be applying measures surrounding the protection of Canada’s Data. This ITQ is the first phase of a procurement process by PSPC for the BWC/DEMS Managed Services. Respondents are invited to qualify in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITQ. This ITQ is neither a Request for Proposal nor a solicitation of bids or tenders and is not to be considered in any way a commitment by Canada, nor as authority to potential Respondents to undertake any work that could be charged to Canada. Canada has engaged the services of RFPSolutions Inc. as a fairness monitor for this procurement.
