Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / CPTPP / CFTA Tendering Procedures: Generally only one firm has been invited to bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: A7101-194461 Contracting Authority: Karine Fournel Telephone: (613) 858-8698 Email: kairne.fournel@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) TITLE: Nutrition North Canada Food Subsidy Claims Bid solicitation # A7101-194661 for the provision of professional services for the Crown-Indigenous Relations and Nothern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) to establish a Contract with a qualified Claims Processor to verify claims made for the Nutrition North Canada (NNC) subsidy, provide related support services (including all initial set-up, training and Recipient assistance) and support food subsidy information collection, retention, and required reporting from the claims and supporting invoices, waybills, manifest documents, road shipping receipts, or packing lists and any other related shipment documents, for use by CIRNAC in performance measurement, forecasting and planning activities related to the NNC program. The Claims processor will also be required to provide access to an online portal where program recipients can submit their claims on a monthly basis. The period of the Contract will be for five (5) years from date of Contract with an irrevocable option to extend the period of the Contract by two (2) additional one (1) year periods plus a two (2) month transition period under the same terms and conditions.
