Trade Agreement: NAFTA / CFTA / FTAs with Peru / Colombia / Panama / Korea Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Cyber Operator Training This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W4938-20069S/A dated December 17, 2019 with a closing of February 14, 2020 at 02:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. The Department of National Defence requires a Contractor to deliver a cyber operator training program that will satisfy the occupation performance requirements for the Canadian Armed Forces Cyber Operator Private Rank Qualification commencing in August 2020. The Contractor must provide a training site and facility which is within the geographical boundaries of Kingston, Ontario or the National Capital Region. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to December 31, 2021 inclusive with the irrevocable option to extend the contract by four additional periods of 15-months each. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement, the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. The resulting Contract is not to be used for deliveries within a Comprehensive Land Claims Settlement Area. Bidders must submit their bid electronically by epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. Public Services and Procurement Canada goal is to ensure that the goods and services the Government of Canada buys are inclusive by design and accessible by default. Considering accessibility in public procurements is now an obligation in the Treasury Board Contracting Policy and accessibility criteria must be included in the requirements for goods and services, where appropriate.
