This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Learning Services
Supply Arrangement (SA), PWGSC File No. E60ZH-070003/C, all
terms and conditions of the Learning Services SA apply and must
be incorporated into any resulting contract. The requirement
described herein is open only to PWGSC Learning Services SA
Pre-qualified suppliers.

The Government Electronic Tendering Service on
Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders is the sole authoritative source for
Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade
agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
public advertising of tenders.

The Learning, Career Management and Recognition Directorate
(LCMRD), Human Resources Branch (HRB) of Public Works and
Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement to obtain
the services of Instructors and Training Facilitators to
deliver, in English and in French, the following:

	a) A one-day workshop entitled "A Step in the Right Direction"
to Public Works and Government 		Services Canada (PWGSC)
employees, including executives and managers, across Canada,
		and:

	b) A one-day course entitled "Client Excellence at PWGSC" to
PWGSC front-line employees, their 	supervisors and their support
staff who offer services internally and externally, across
Canada.  

This requirement contains 4 streams for the delivery of the
workshop(s) and course(s):
Stream 1: National Capital Region
Stream 2: West, includes Vancouver, Victoria, Edmonton, Calgary
and Winnipeg
Stream 3: East, includes Halifax, St-John's, Moncton, Shediac
and Miramichi
Stream 4: Ontario/Quebec, includes Toronto, Montreal, Quebec
City and Matane.

Up to four (4) contracts may be issued as a result of this bid
solicitation; one contract per Stream.
The contract(s) period will be for 1 year with the irrevocable
option to extend the contract(s) by 2 periods of one-year each.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

This bid solicitation uses Portable Document Format (PDF)
