    This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid
    solicitation number EN519-141776/A dated February 17, 2014 with
    a closing of March 17, 2014 at 1400 EDST.
    
    This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Learning Services
    Supply Arrangement (SA), PWGSC File No. E60ZH-070003, all terms
    and conditions of the Learning Services SA apply and must be
    incorporated into any resulting contract. The requirement
    described herein is open only to PWGSC Learning Services SA
    Pre-qualified suppliers.  
    
    The Government Electronic Tendering Service on
    Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders is the sole authoritative source for
    Government of Canada tenders that are subject to trade
    agreements or subject to departmental policies that require
    public advertising of tenders.
    
    The Learning, Career Management and Recognition Directorate
    (LCMRD), Human Resources Branch (HRB) of Public Works and
    Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement to obtain
    the services of Training Facilitators to deliver a one-day
    workshop entitled "A Step in the Right Direction", in English
    and in French, to Public Works and Government Services Canada
    (PWGSC) employees, including executives and managers.
    
    This requirement contains 4 streams for the delivery of the
    workshop(s) and course(s):
    
    Stream 1: National Capital Region
    Stream 2: West, includes Vancouver, Victoria, Edmonton, Calgary
    and Winnipeg
    Stream 3: East, includes Halifax, St-John's, Moncton, Shediac
    and Miramichi
    Stream 4: Ontario/Quebec, includes Toronto, Montreal, Quebec
    City and Matane.
    
    Up to four (4) contracts may be issued as a result of this bid
    solicitation; one contract per Stream.  The contract(s) period
    will be from contract award up to and including March 31, 2015
    with the irrevocable option to extend the contract(s) by 2
    periods of one-year each.
    
    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
    American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
    Internal Trade (AIT).
