Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Amendment 002 - Closing date have been extended from May 13, 2019 to May 21, 2019. Amendment 001 - The date to confirm attendance at the site visit have been upadated from April 22, 2019 to April 23, 2019. Requirement Public Works and Services Canada (PWGSC), is looking for a Vendor to supply accommodation and food support services at the Canada Board Services Agency (CBSA) Regional Processing Center (RPC) in Lacolle Québec, and maybe elsewhere in Canada. The Contractor will be responsible for the proper operation of the site on behalf of CBSA. The RPC includes a file processing area, accommodations, rest and meal areas, a mini-clinic and an administrative segregation/quarantine area. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to July 1, 2020 inclusive and includes the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to four (4) additional six (6) month period(s) under the same conditions. Security requirements. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. For more information on personnel and organization security screening or security clauses, Bidders should refer to the Contract Security Program of Public Works and Government Services Canada (http://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/esc-src/introduction-eng.html). The requirement is limited to Canadian services. There is an optional, but recommended, site visit associated with this requirement. It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the site where the services will be rendered. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) Regional Processing Center (RPC) in Lacolle at CTR, 337 chemin Guay, St-Bernard de Lacolle on April 25, 2019. The site visit will begin at 10:30 AM EST. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than April 23rd, 2019, at 2:00 PM to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend the site visit. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment. Bidders who do not attend will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation document.
