Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Requirement

This requirement is for:  Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC)

Description of the requirement:

Defence and Research Development Canada (DRDC) has a requirement for technical expertise and support services for the Tactical Network Operations (TNO) project of the Cyber Operations and Signals Warfare Section.  This requirement includes but is not limited to, the following:

a) Technical support to develop, test, integrate and build cyber operations;
b) Hardware and Software design for tactical cyber operations;
c) Technical expertise in tactical and commercial communication protocols, network design, information systems security, programming handheld and tablet devices; and
d) Developing software applications for the continued development of the analytical and scientific research components of the TNO project.

The following information is requested from those Supply Arrangement Holders currently holding a TBIPS SA for Tier 2 in the National Capital Region under the EN578-055605 series of SAs for the following categories:

A.1 Application/Software Architect, Level 3;
A.6 Programmer/Software Developer, Level 3;
A.6 Programmer/Software Developer, Level 2.
