IMPORTANT: Please be advised that the winning Contractor of this Request for Proposal (W7714-156010/B) WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to beawarded a contract for the upcoming TEC3 solicitation W7714-145970/B.

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Department of National Defence, Defence Research & Development Canada (DRDC) [the "Client"] for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply.  

The Contractor must provide technical expertise and support services which include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following:
• Technical supportto develop, test, integrate and build various applications and tools;
• Hardware and Software design for tactical cyber operations;
• Technical expertise in tactical and commercial communication protocols, network design, information systems security,programming handheld andtablet devices; and 
• Developing software applications for the continued development of the analytical and scientific research components of the TNO project.

It is intended to result in the award of one contract for a periodof1 year, plus 4 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s).

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified in the National Capital Region under Tier 2 for services for Stream 1 - Application Services.
